The Order Process
You send us product details (design SKU, surface dimensions) along with any other information (eg. design adjustments). Once we receive your inquiry we’ll get in touch with you. Together, we’ll establish how your wallpaper should look, and an order will be made. Once paid, your order will go into production and will be quickly shipped to a specified address.
The delivery time is 3-10 days. This is subject to delays by shipping companies and other third parties. Depending on the country the product is being shipped to, you may be charged an additional import tax or customs duty. Any damage the package may incur during transit should be noted upon delivery and signed for as damaged.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer refunds on custom-made products (custom size murals, wallpapers with custom designs). You can return wallpaper rolls purchased as off-the-shelf items during the first 14 days after delivery. These rolls must be in their original condition and must be delivered to us no later than 42 days after they have been delivered to you. Once they have been successfully inspected by us a refund will be issued to you within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your wallpaper, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the relevant information (including photos) and we’ll replace it or issue a refund. In order to successfully replace a faulty product, we may need to first receive the original product. Also, we cannot compensate for any installation fees or damage caused by the use of a faulty product.
Colour variations may occur between on-screen colours and the physical product. We cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies. Where colour matching is important, we recommend ordering a printed sample before purchase to ensure colours are correct.
We can only issue a refund for the cost of transit if you are returning a faulty product.
