In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your wallpaper, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all the relevant information (including photos) and we will replace it immediately or issue a refund. In the event that you want to return your mural for some other reason, please get in touch to find out whether your mural can be returned. Your wallpaper is a custom mural made to fit your wall, which means it can’t be used on most other walls with different sizes or other configurations, and for this reason, we generally cannot accept a refund request for a fault-free product. If you purchased wallpaper rolls sold as off-the-shelf items, you can return them during the first 14 days after delivery. These rolls must be in their original condition and must be delivered to us no later than 42 days after they have been delivered to you. Once they have been successfully inspected by us a refund will be issued to you within 14 days.
If you are eligible for a refund, please keep in mind that the refund amount cannot exceed the original purchase price of the mural. In other words, we cannot compensate for installation fees or damage caused by the use of a faulty product.
